2025 Annual

The Harmony Council of Co-Owners will hold its Annual Meeting on:

The primary purpose of the Annual Meeting is to elect two (2) representatives to the Harmony Condo Board of Directors; both for a 3-year term. 

 

In order to establish quorum for the Annual Meeting, it is required that at least 20 percent (20%) of homeowners who are in good standing, be represented either in person or by proxy. If you are unable to attend the meeting, please submit your proxy no later than December 5th, 2025.

If you have any questions that you would like addressed at the Annual Meeting, please forward them in advance to Vertex by email: harmonycondo@vertexpg.com, no later than December 5th, 2025. Questions should be of general interest for the Condo Community only. The Board will respond to questions submitted via email first, then if time permits, questions will be taken from the floor.
